My name is William, and I’ve had a love for cars for as long as I can remember. When I was 15, I got my first experince detailing in a car wash detail bay. That early hands-on work showed me just how much of a difference real care and attention can make in a vehicle’s appearance. From that moment, I was hooked. At 19, fresh out of high school and newly licensed, I decided to take that passion and turn it into something more. With a trunk full of supplies and a strong work ethic, I launched Novo Auto Detailing as a one-man mobile operation right here in Charleston County.
It wasn’t always easy, but I’ve always believed that doing the job right and treating people with respect goes a long way. I grew this business one vehicle at a time, and every customer mattered then just as much as they do now. That same mindset still drives everything we do today.
What started with me and my friend has grown into a small local business with 2 employees. We’ve detailed everything from daily drivers to high-end vehicles, and we treat every job with the same level of detail and respect. We proudly serve the Charleston area places close by, and we’re constantly looking for ways to improve and bring even more value to the people who trust us with their vehicles.
We’re also an accredited Candy Coat Ceramic Coating installer, which means we’re trained and certified to give your vehicle long-term protection and a sleek finish that lasts. And while we’re still mobile, we’ve got plans to open a fully equipped detailing shop in 2026 to give our clients even more options without losing that convenience we started with.
